i have tried almost all of them and the only one that i found effective is Xpel.. drinking tons of dandelion tea works but it tastes pretty disgusting.. i drop a thing of crystal light ice tea in it to make it less revolting

I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before my first meal. With water of course.

You're not taking it for a comp right? Going to the beach or something like that?
To tell you the truth, I think you'd just be wasting your $$. You look pretty lean in the pic as it is, and if you're not using it for anything in particular, Id just stick with the ALR stack.
