Start at the low end of the protein scale, meaning 16oz then work your way up, again everyday varied somedays it could be 16oz somedays it could be 24. For about a month i was stuck at 16oz per day I had to work my way up to that amount. It dosnt happen all at once. Come on use the brain fellas.

16oz of meat is 100g protein, Ronnie Coleman himself ate 75g per meal.

I tried eating more, I just got fat. You can only grow so fast and as a natty it gets slower and slower as you know. I'm about to start year 6 (it's been that long?) and I can't imagine gaining anymore than 2-3 in a year (after shedding fat).

Seems to me you would have to spend half the waking hours eating and the other half on the john with no time to train

I am talking just about chewing it --didn't think about cooking it

And I doubt you should lift on a full stomach

That is 9 meals a day and with 2 hours apart that is 18 hours

And how long to chew 16-24 ounces of meat and cups of rice beans potatoes etc

And what going to bed on a full gut

And you have to process it out the other end
