Rampage vs. Machida?
Rumors are suggesting that Rampage is soon to sign a bout agreement to face another former UFC LHW Champ, Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida, in late November.

Rampage gets it handed to him, and loses in the first round.

Rampage is going down hill now, but maybe If he puts Hollywood in the back of his mind he might be able to hang.
"I know what your thinking. Did I fire 5 shots or did I fire 6 shots. You gotta ask yourself, Do you feel lucky? Well do ya, Punk?"

If Rampage would train as hard as Machida for the fight he could win...
He would have beat Evans if he would have trained as hard as Evans did in his camp..

Machida hasn't looked the same since he ko'ed Rashad. Rampage will have a punchers' chance. I'm not ready to give this fight to Machida. Rampage has a lot left to prove after his disappointing performance against Rashad.

The only person he has fought since then was Shogun, who is no slouch man.
Machida was outscoring Shogun in both fights. He won the first, and up until his @$$ got floored, he was ahead on points in fight #2 as well.
Machida fought really well against Shogun twice, but was a bit out of his comfort zone in fight #2 trying to just KO a Motherfucker. The krate style, which I fight myself, is not an advantage if you are the one that is trying to initiate attacks. Aggressive striking is not what Karate is about. It's about exposing weakness and mistakes, drawing your opponent in to fuck up and take advantage of it. Since Shogun is a good striker who has few holes in his game, he proved a tougher challenge for Lyoto and his style. He won once, and he lost once. Thats how shit goes.
Lyoto's style will kill anyone else in LHW if it is standup, and that has been displayed several times now. He would go 50-50 against Shogun, but more like 80-20+ against everyone else.
Rampage couldn't deal with how quick Rashad was, and Rashad was being out maneuvered by Machida with ease.
Machida needs to stick to counter striking against Rampage. If he is really aggressive like he was against Shogun in their second fight, he could get caught again and lose. If he stays tight, he will pick Rampage apart just like he did to Tito.
