I have two journal pages to update with, but at the present moment, I have had to put my training on hold until I can get things going again, since I have had a route change and it takes alot longer.
I will post the other two workouts, and then I will return to this log when the time is available to me.
I am NOT happy with the way things are going. My training was my personal time away from everything. It was me vs. the iron, and it kept my anger to a minimum.
Stay strong. Lift heavy.
