    New pics look ridiculous Jrod. What are some of your favorite exercises in your training for hams. Anything out of the ordinary besides stiff legs, ham curls etc?

    I'm sure a big part of it is genetic. Its hard to say just from your description, but if you've got more bodyfat there and you want to get rid of it (get leaner) then you'll either have to diet harder or simply keep doing what you're doing for longer--until that area gets leaner. For whatever its worth, it sounds like you've done a great job so far; losing all that weight.

    Actually, most of my contest prep for last year's TU was done at that gym (san leandro). I think I've trained at the Fremont one once. I used to train at Hayward 24 a lot, too, cause my job was near there (used to work on Cabot Blvd.), but the back video I shot in the off season was at the High St. 24 Hour Fitness in Oakland; and the Rx Muscle back video was shot at San Mateo (sport) 24 Hour Fitness.

    I only do 3, really: stiff-legged deadlifts, glute/ham raises, and some sort of hamstring curl (lying, seated, standing). Nothing out of the ordinary, just the basics. Stiff legs are the best, I think.

    Being that you are getting really close to the TU when do you look in the mirror and say "thats it!" meaning your are done with all the prep, it is over, what do you look for as far as striations or some bodyparts or signs that indicate to you that your are dialed in, some people know they are "there" when their glutes are striated or quads are striated? I got you taking the entire show Jeffster. How does it sound; IFBB Pro Jeff Rodriguez! Nice!

    I've been training with my girlfriend for the last several weeks and its been great. Here's a (shitty cell phone) picture she took at the gym today, 4 weeks out!

    Broe, must say ure inspirational for natural guys. Been following your journal for contest prep from TU Last year and managed to produce my best condition thus far using a diet philosophy similar to yours, especially the final week. Here's a pic of me from the show.
