My 3 year transformation. First show to now.
My first show I literally did 4 types of diets in about 7 weeks and was so clueless what to do lol. I opened my big mouth about doing a show and did it.. I won both my teen classes though lol. I competed every year since so havent had a real long offseason. I saw my old pics and was actually kinda shocked compared to now. I actually gained 20lbs of muscle in the last year of stage weight too. I really just started to get to learn my body over the last year or so and am now working with a trainer(phil hernon) for the first time ever to monitor my offseason and precontest plans.
2007: 175lbs.. 19 years old
2010: 196lbs 22 years old

heavy lifting and consistency.. honestly, since my first show I got hooked. I pretty much made it my life and didnt miss a single meal or workout since then.I stopped "partying"(tough being a college kid) and really changed my lifestyle completely bodybuilding oriented. I really gave it everything I got these last few years.
