ribbf site is gone, dunno why. results was shit anyway,of all 10 catagories,in my opinion they got 2 right, the show overall was good and the standard has gone way up but the production was just pathetic, way to long between catagories, between athletes and a few guys the sound guy lost their music, imagine putting in that much work to have the wrong song played, throwing everything off. ronnie was huge but his waist was too and he never came out in to the crowd like all the other guest posers, did his thing on the stage for bout a minute and gone, kinda sucked actually,gr8 just to see him tho. i will post some pix pretty soon, show didnt end untill 10.40pm and was supposed to be over at 9,thats how slow they were. University concert hall was an excellent venue too,gr8 lighting and sound

the guy that won the overall looked really good, think his surname is podolski, under 80kg class i think. First timers were of a really good standard too,in the novice category there was a guy that was massive and in gr8 condition but rather unsurprisingly didnt win,i would love to show ye what im talkin bout,be like me standing against cutler and winning. heavyweight guys were good too and the winner of them was the guy who always wins and there was easy 3 guys better(way better) than him,he looked good mind you but did not deserve even 3rd nevermind 1st,people actually booed, first time ive heard that at a show,it was a boo of the judges not the competitor though

I competed in the juniors and won the class.overall it was terribly run!the federation needs an overhaul!it needs to be more professionaly run.my music didnt play which was a major kick in the balls!
