Not the stones or the log. To me, the presses look pretty heavy and so do the stones. Was it like 350 or something was the heaviest stone for the lightweights? I only did the 200 or the 220 at Bryon's. I'd really just need to find a place here to train those events, and I'm sure I could do it.

story time!
You both suck and are lucky I like ya's.
When I was younger, we owned a video tape that my dad had recorded a bunch of music videos on. Being that it was the 80s, it was all current music (Olivia Newton John's "Physical", Cyndi Lauper's "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and Elton John's "That's Why They Call It the Blues" were some of my fave videos on that tape and I used to watch it ALOT!) Anyway, the video for "Jump" was also on there. I was so traumatized by grown ass men with long frizzy hair and bright colored spandex pants doing splits in the air while playing guitar that when I was about 10 years old, I had a dream that David Lee Roth (in his "Jump" apparel) was coming after me to rape me. The whole dream I was terrified and just running away from him. I don't even think I understood what rape even was at the time, but it scared the shit out of me... can't watch the video since. lol"The gym is one of life's best arenas for building the toughest of men. Not because you learn to experience success, but because you've been forced to accept failure and identify your flaws."

I actually like that Rick Astley song a lot. It just reminds me of my childhood and makes me laugh.
And yeah, VH is good...Halen though, not Hagar.
