Maybe not for you, I was looking at those weights though for maybe a dude who was 210ish and may suck down to 200 and do lights...just curious. Would be heavy for me.

The weights are the same though. Only difference would be experienced dudes competing in the lightweight class.

dude you can do those weights...you handled most of those when you trained at Bryons.
and that was without knowing shit.
