2 months from now they'll be back in the routine! Last week was the last time I'll be doing racks or deads at all. I've not even been squatting during prep. I've done front squats a few times, but w/ my legs being such a strong point, I figured why risk it w/ squats right now? But you can bet your ass I'll be squatting heavy again after April 2!

And you know since we're going to have the opportunity to gorge ourselves on food all day, we are going to have to train that much harder! We will definitely need wheelchairs by the end of the day, and not just because of the alcohol.

well my shoulder has had enough. been hurting for awhile now and it is unbearable. been stretching and icing daily just so i can lift my arm over my head. so i am taking the next few days to rest. might finish the last week of the program. if not i will think of something new...maybe something a little more bb'ing in nature. might go well with my stash of humapro and chain'd out

I miss pressing heavy shit over my head! Front delts came way up last bulk, so much so that I really haven't done hardly any pressing during prep. Priority has been side delts.
