managed to drag my ass to the gym last night. limped the car there and hit shoulders.
seated smith press 245 5x3
lockouts on smith 305x3---shoulders had no gas but i will take that.
side raises 20 15x6
was feeling the stress and crappy eating from earlier.

Everything needs to come up really. But chest is a glaring weakness, overall thickness, teardrops need to come up, arms, delts...yeah it all needs work but one thing at a time.
