Cinnamon, a true power spice!
This study looks at several physiological responses to daily ingestion of 1-3g of cinnamon. Several major markers of digestion, insulin, gastric emptying, fullness, glucose, uptake and other markers are looked at.

How much rice pudding with cinnamin did they feed these people? Maybe it was the rice pudding that left them satiated.

in the grand scheme of importance to bodybuilders, cinamon does not rank very highly.
why not focus on things that yield clear and quantifiable changes in either lean body mass or fat loss?
only one study finds a significant effect on fat loss, but by the slimmest of margins, and that's in obese subjects....
