Rambod's Blueprint Part 2
After meeting Hany at the Master's Nat's, I started looking into his training protocols alot closer. The Blueprint Part 1 in July Flex was a nice way to follow up a contest, exactly what I was looking for. Now, is it my imagination, or was Part 2 supposed to be in the current Flex? Checked online and a no go there too. Anyone have a clue? Really curious to see his plan for the year.

I think most guru's roles are in the Drug and Nutrition department. As far as training goes, guru's think they know it all and dont try to expand their knoledge by trying other science proven methods and instead attribute their athlestes improvement to their training methods instead of drugs, nutrition, and genetics.

Phase 1: The Rebound
Your road to supergrowth starts with the rebound, the period immediately after and up to six weeks following a show. According to Rambod, it's a prime time to make gains.
- "After being depleted from three or four months of training, diet and cardio, shifting to greater periods of rest with high-calorie meals makes your body a virtual sponge. Your muscles will soak up all the nutrients."
Noncompetitive Blueprint
Not a competitive bodybuilder who just finished a show? Well, you can still reap the benefits of the Blueprint by following Rambod's advice:
Ready to recover and build? For the facts on Part 1 of FLEX's Blueprint program, including all the weight training, cardio diet and supplementation information you'll need to get started growing for your next contest, pick up the July 2010 issue of FLEX.
- "The jump-start to this program is the rebound phase, but noncompetitors can make insane gains by dieting to simulate the depletion that contest bodybuilders go through."

Hany must be pimping his article out as most bodybuilding related magazines in the Uk have run the same article. Pretty disapointing really....considering it's also online for free.
