First of all, congrats on the soon birth of your child. Remember that many people suffer endless nights not being able to bring a child into the world.
Second, I am a father of two. Getting up in the middle of the night because your wife says it is your turn, when it feels like it was already your turn, can be frustrating. However, parents are the only thing that a baby has. Keep doing what you do in the gym, and try some relaxation techniques. Meditation could be an option for you to help rest your mind and relieve stress that could be caused by interrupted sleep.

set up shifts with your wife. do short intense workouts to conserve time. the kid will eat every 2 hrs. eat when the kid eats.

I got up with both of my kids almost every night when they were that age. I heard the baby just starting to wimper and wake up even before the real crying started that they were hungry. (My wife sleeps more soundly then me.) After the baby was fed, some nights I ate some rice and protein and went back to bed. It was a great experience. Lost a little sleep but it was worth it. Training wasn't affected much at all.
