    I use Xtend too. I've tried Chained Out, I found the taste is too strong, and I burned through the bottle a lot quicker then the bigger Xtend bottle, and they are around the same price. I really think a lot of people on here just support Chained out cause its the cool thing to do. You really can't go wrong with either of them... and don't get me wrong Chained Out does what it says, but If you want to get more for your $$$ I'd use Xtend. IMO

    Why not get BCAA's while you train as well? I find I don't fatigue as fast when I do. In addition to eating good meals before and after.

    Muscle Pharm Recon works really well plenty of bcaa's eaa's glutamine and 20g of carbs(dextrose and waxy maize).

    Tried Xtend and it left a horrible aftertaste. Chain'd Out, I have been on for about 2 months. Love it. Fill my gallon jug with 5-6 scoops and I am good for the day. Can't beat the appletini and Banana Berry Flavors. Blue Razz is good too.

    And no, I dont drink it because its the cool thing to do. If the flavor is too strong add some water to dilute it further. I had the same issue. Now I know what works for me ratio wise.

    IMO, you gotta just try em. Only by trying them will you know what works for you. Everyone is different and what may work for me may not work for you. Just my 2 cents.
