    on FB i am part of the hungry girl fan club. the other day they asked how many cals you ate a day. the numbers we LOW...950 to 1200 was the norm. so i ask you...how many do you eat a day?

    I don't keep track of calories any longer but when I did in order to lose weight I'd have to drop to 800-1200 cals.
    You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

    prep started at 2400
    9 wks out high days 1950 low days 1200

    Right now I'm at 1,500 (maintenance)last few weeks of prep got to 1200...later in the off season I go up to 1700-1800 (building)

    I have no idea what I'm at on Dave's keto right now....I would imagine my pro/veg days only add up to like 1000-1100....

    I don't count veggies in calorie totals but have a cup with each meal so 6-7 cups

    they have so few and if adjustment are going to be made it is not going to be upping or lowering veggies plus the cals in veggies don't really provide the same energy as "real" carbs

    ie 1 c green beans 25 cals so if going to count that then gotta count the 15 cals from a tbl of salsa which is 15 I also don't count that

    I know that my cals are about 100 -150 higher if counting veggies and salsa and stuff

    8 weeks out I'm between 900-1000. The 1st 2 weeks were rough but getting used to it. Get super hungry at night and will snack on cucumber or celery.

    I ate about 2500 to 3500 the last 3 months and maintained my weight, but added some new muscle.

    I diet at around 2000. I have done some 1400 calorie days but I lose 4lbs a week at that rate and I think that is too fast.

    i don't count veggies and condiments either in cals and i have a cup or so veggies with most pro/fat meals. without those factored in around 1300-1500 cals right now with 4 weeks to go till comp. anything lower than this and i cant function or my stomach eats a hole through itself

    Hello girls. To maintain I have like 1500-1600. Now I am training for a the Bikini Classic in Vegas and they are around 1200-1400. I also eat lower carb right now.

    Somewhere between 1000-1200 for prep. My maintenance is only bout 1300-1400.
