If your knee or elbow measurements are in the middle say 37cm ish would you guys advise to order a medium or a large? which would be more beneficial?

I got some Rehband knee sleeves from apt, gave the knee circumference measurement and they don't stay up. Have constantly pull them up after every bend, too small maybe?

For some odd reason when I use to wear neoprene elbow sleeves I'd get little red bumps all over the area, almost like a rash. Guess I'm stuck with cloth sleeves.

Here's a guy selling the red elbow sleeves from APT on Ebay for $9. They are mismarked as smalls but they actually fit guys in the 225 range. I bought a pair and wear them at 238. Tight but they feel great.

i have been wearing just one on my left elbow, cus it use to burn like crazy on all presses. it is getting better with a joint support and a sleeve.

think i would be better off to wear one on each elbow so that the goood one does not go down the road, Preventative care?

I have a little inflamation in the left tricep and I had usually worn one Ace bandage sleeve on the one. Now I just rub a little Icy Hot (or Target generic brand) on both elbows and use the red APT sleeves on both. Keeps both elbows warm and toasty.
