Wrex's Metha-drol Extreme Log
Just started Metha -drol Extreme today! Took first does at around 2:30 this afternoon. I train late afternoon usually. Gonna take one in early afternoon, and another late at night. I am running a Liver support with it.
Stats:
Age: 22
Height: 6'2
Weight: 230
I've been training seriously for a little over three years now... I was on and off in my high school days.
Split:
Day 1: Arms
Day 2: Shoulders/ Abs
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Legs/ Abs
Day 5: Chest/ Some extra arm work
Been doing cardio 3 - 4 times a week, mostly HIIT... And I have wrestling training on sunday's, where we do a lot of HIIT, and core work.
I'd guesstimate my bodyfat is around 15-16% but I'm not to worried about that, I just want to put on as much size as I can right now. I'd like to get that down to 10-12% eventually though.
Other Supps I'm taking: Humapro, Hyperdrive 3.0, WTF, Creatine, Waxymaize, Multi, Fish oil, and Green Tea Extract
Main Lifts (Heaviest set)
Barbell flat Bench: 245/5-6
Squat: 225/8-10
Deadlift: 405/6, 455 triple
Dumbell Shoulder press: 80's/6-8
Barbell Curl: 135/6-8
Close grip bench: 205/6
Diet is your basic high protien, moderate carbs, moderate fats. My goals for this cycle is for strength to go up, as well as to put on some more weight. If bodyfat goes down that would be nice too!

Well 3 days down.. Weighed myself on a empty stomach this morning.. was 233. I pretty much noticed a appetite increase from the first dose!

I know this is probably just water weight, but weighed myself again this morning, and I was 234.8 lol If this pace continues that would be crazy! Today was an off day, so didn't train. So far lifts are pretty much the same. Feel full, and getting some nice pumps. Training chest tomorrow! Gonna see if my bench is up.

Yeah man, I'm suprised how much my weight is going up... Everyday its a little more, on a full stomach today I was 243.8. Bench was the same today, so strength hasn't increased yet. should I run this for 4 weeks or 8 weeks? I was gonna do 4, but I saw some people do 8.

Two days in on week two now, weighed in at 237.8 today on a empty stomach. In the gym been getting slightly stronger I'd say. Got 7 reps with the 80's on dumbell shoulder press yesterday, barbell shurged 315 for reps of 6. Doing back today, gonna see if I can get more then a triple with 455 on deads.

End of week two. Weight is up to 242, strength is staying the same mostly, but having some good workouts, feeling good. Squats and leg press were up on leg day which is good. I don''t train for strength anyway, I stay in the 6-15 rep range mostly. Been stuffing my face (not all good foods lol) this is the heaviest I've ever been!

Also, how did your halodrol cycle go? How much did you gain? Did you keep your mass after pct?

I'm still feeling good, I'm still hovering in the 235-242 range. About to finish up my 3rd week. I'm thinking about extending it another week or two, instead of doing only 4 weeks.
My last hdrol cycle was awesome. I made good strength gains, and went from around 222 - 230. Kept my gains after PCT of HCGenerate and low dose of clomid 25/25/25/15.

Just got back from one of my best chest workouts ever! Got 7 good reps with 225 on incline barbell, then went to 100's on incline dumbell for the first time ever, and got 7 reps on that too! Both with no spotter, so coulda got some forced reps outta that. Also did Incline dumbell flys, Flat dumbell press, Hammer strength decline, and finished up with cable cross overs. Weights felt light today, felt like I could of kept going!

Well nearing the end of the cycle, just two more days to go. Did deadlifts yesterday, got 8 reps with 405, which is two more reps then when I started. I was feeling a little tired this week, having trouble getting out of bed. Don't know if this is a side, or just me being overworked from my job at UPS. (which sucked this week) Sex drive is lower when first started of course. All my lifts are up 5-10 pounds pretty much. Next week PCT starts, I decided to keep it 4 weeks, because I still have 2 full bottles left, So I could do two more 4 week cycles at some point.

Alright my 4 week Metha-drol Extreme cycle is over! Final weight this morning on a empty stomach: 240. So I gained 10 pounds. Its pretty noticable, as people who I train with at wrestling noiticed I look bigger. Word around the locker room is I'm juicing lol. I need to buy some new jeans. PCT will be clomid 100/100/50/50, Testforce 2 four scoops a day, Formestane one serving a day. I'll keep updating to see if I hold on to my gains.

Well, that's because you are juicing haha.
Nice work bro! PCT looks good, you could probably taper the clomid down sooner though since it was only a 4 weeker. How long has it been since you finished pct for your last cycle?
Testforce is a quality product, I think the addition of that will help to kickstart your natty test production pretty fast. A cotrisol controller might be a good idea as well since that is a pretty heavy cycle. If you cant get your hands on one, 3g of Vitamin C a day should be fine.

One week down of PCT, I'm feelng good! Still been eating non stop. Last time I checked my weight I was 247 O_O haha. That was after a vist to Mcdonalds and the chinese buffet though. Libido is not back at full strength yet. I have to say I used HCGenerate on my last PCT for Hdrol, and I felt libido come back after first dose... I'm not even kidding, my balls starting hurting (like blueballs), and I had to rush to the computer if ya know what I mean lol
. Maybe its because I wasnt shut down as hard from the Hdrol, but I'm thinking next time I'm gonna add the HCGenerate in my PCT. And its not just because of the tribulus, because im taking that now too.
