Default coke zero vs diet coke?

I know Dave believes that diet soda is safe to drink pre contest b/c they use inulin instead of maltodextrin but what about coke zero and how does it differ from diet coke other than taste?

I think you are confused... stevia has inulin in the packs and slenda has malto in the packs. Diet coke and coke zero have neither of these products in them. Diet sodas are carb free drink away!

Aspartame gives me a headache, I try to avoid Diet Sodas for this reason.

Not to mention all of the other supposed sides...

Gives me a headache as well. Very rarely do I drink them, and when I do, I sometimes have two and then I feel absolutely terrible for the rest of the day. That stuff cannot be good for you I don't care what propaganda the food industry has tried to ram down our throats.

Absolutely agree with layitdown. But coke zero always gives me a migraine. Sucks! Diet coke or soda water with smaLl slice of ginger to help heal the muscles does the trick.

Coke zero by far is waay better than diet coke. i dont even know why coke makes diet coke anymore when there is coke zero??? i used to drink 5 of these a day, greeeeat for staying on a diet, totally satisfies the sweet tooth, and yes keeps you full. i got my leanest during this time. though i dont really trust aspartame.

You guys are funny. There is absolutely NO difference between Diet Coke and Coke zero. Chemically they are the EXACT SAME PRODUCT. The only difference is that Coke zero has more of one of the two ingredients and less of the other which give it less of a "diet" taste. Other than that there is zero difference and each one is made with the exact same ingredients.
