anybody on their feet all day?

im on my feet for 8 hours a day...feet are killingggg me.

any advice like something i can put in my shoes...

or anyone know of like a machine that massages feet or just anythinggggggg

super feet insoles. they are like 40 bucks but kick ass. i have some serious lower back issues and they have improved it greatly.

I use this for all my workboots and designeer workboots:




I use this for my lace up shoes and dress shoes.





Both are by Spenco and I really endorse them. The Dr. Scholl gel insoles are also very good.

thast my suggestion, i work 8hrs a day on tile floors they saved my knees and feet,
also the longer you work the more your muscles in the bottom of your foot get stronger and adapt

I am nurse I walk the floor almost ten hours...on your breaks put your feet up to let some of the blood that has pooled flow out, most foot pain from long standing work is pressure from blood pooling.

I work the rec yard at the prison that I work at and my secret is NEW SOCKS. As soon my socks dont feel new, they're out and I buy new ones.
And dont wear black socks. Buy white ones.

Black ones are fine if you buy the gold toe fluffies. Make sure it has mostly cotton blend. Works for me if you are wearing dress shoes.




If you don't have to wear dress shoes, wear whiete cotton socks and change them every year.
