I see... but the "just hit macros" theory i think you also gotta hit a certain amt of fiber intake per day? and pop tarts and frosted flakes dont give u that lol.
Also, considering that just 30g of the fiber 1 cereal has 14g of fiber in it, more fiber than 100g of oats, isnt it a better option if one were to start to restrict carbs? 25g of carbs per 30g of fiber 1 VS 62g of carbs per 100g of oats...

Oats
Both potatoes (White/Sweet) Make Latkes and Hashbrowns with them all the time
Just started eating Ezekiel Bread (cinnamon raising makes BOMB french toast)
Egg Whites + Cinnamon + Stevia + Baking Powder.. Dip the bread in there and fry.. comes out awesome.. top with Walden Farms Syrup + Fruit
Fruit (Strawberries/Blueberries)
Veggies -- Broccoli as a side, use Pepper/Mushroom/Onions with omlettes and in stirfry's all the time.
Flatouts./Low Calorie Pita's.. Make great home-made pizzas with Chicken/Lean Beef + Sauce + Veggies (Layne Norton has a video on youtube)
Offseason: Cereal and Pasta/Rice when my carbs get high enough.
Pancake powders (mostly organic) comes out to liek 12-13g of carbs per 1/3 cup.
** I bake a lot of things as well with WW Flour, Grinded up Oats, and plenty of other things that are VERY healthy...just ask Jason (Scooby)
