Jill Dufresne preping for NAs bikini in my gym right here on Rx!

This girl is good. She won the Northern Ky Bikini overall beating 53 girls in her first show. She is going to Clevland in 2 weeks for her first shot at a national show. Beautiful woman and 3 kids to boot!!

I love a girl who squats with a full ROM.

In order for a girl to qualify for marriage with me she must first be able to perform 10 ass to ground squats.

Seriously though, she looks great, good luck to her at the contest.

I am sure dieting is not easy for Jill with Tony eating Arby's roast beef all the time.

Rather see that than people trying to impress us leg pressing 2000lbs lowering the weight an inch. Insane shape. Hope she does great Quad, she your client? And beating 53 girls at a state show is CRAZY! Jeez, bikini is taking off!

Actually one of my best friends wife. Her husband and I trained together for 12 years and just started doing legs together again. I help her but I don't per se train her...I do get to tyan her though! BONUS!

i think this speak volumes to why bikini has and will continue to take off... she is clearly in great shape. She says her husband has competed and has been around the sport but NEVER had an interest in figure... bikini is pulling SO MANY newcomers that would have otherwise passed it by. 4 AM workouts that takes some willpower 4 AM cardio is one thing but 4 AM the whole kit and caboodle YIKES!!! With that being said I would pay DOUBLE what I pay now for a 24 hr gym!! We don't have ANY close by at all.

Yes it is nice. It cost about $12K to make it all work and be safe. Well worth it as it is our nitch now. I am also the only place on my side of town now.

agreed..amazing willpower, amazing physique...she just looks healthy and clean ...a great rep for the sport.

5.3% at 252lbs points at 48.... I cut the Arbys out 2 weeks ago!!!! LOL...

I agree 100% Jill never had any interest in figure. Bikini is going to be huge!!!
