Kai Greene Training legs later w/ Oscar & Rodrick. Last leg w/o Oscar had me squatting 500lbs for 20 reps and says we're going heavier today!!!
500 for 20 reps? WTF!

You mean that's a lot of weight for a lot of reps? Or it's just weird that it's high rep? High reps work better.

Could be he did drop set or rest-pause to get 20 reps.

^^ Precisely. His legs are GINORMOUS, it makes perfect sense that those tree trunks can take that much weight, guy is one of the largest in the world.
