do you ladies drop your clen the week of a contest? if so when? when you start your carb up? when you start your diuretics? or just run it all the way thru?

    no reason to stop clen

all the rest is dependent on where i am that week
will i have to completely deplete to make weight or not
    lots of factors
once that week comes there is a general game plan but decisions are made hour to hour all based on what my body is doing

Generally unless something you're on is specific to the water manipulation, I'd probably keep everything the same thru the show.

RE: cramping - YES if you're going to run clen, taurine is a must! Clen inhibits it and causes cramping.
