fat burners/ eca stack
does anybody use a simple and cheap eca stack for contest prep anymore?
are fat burners such as lipo 6 more effective?
just how important is an e/c/a stack or fat burner in contrest prep?

eca works great for me, but clen n t3 does work better

back in the day TwinLab's Ripped Fuel (eca product) was the best. I miss it
would like to give the clen T3 combo a try some time in the future.

I dont see the point on blowing 50 bucks for lipo 6 when you can get a $4 bottle of caffeine pills and a 5$ box of primetine tabs from the pharmacy.

im very sesitive to stims. just using alr's poison caused hypertension (im not knocking their product, its great just not for me)
Thats why i thought maybe if i went with the e/c/a stack i could keep the blood pressure a little lower because i could adjust the dosage easily.
so maybe try clen just at a low dosage?
