wow, the depth of these classes is dissapointing..

they were more light heavyweights at my state show last weekend then the JR. USA!

he looked very good winning the overall at the NPC Omaha Showdown in his hometown 3 weeks ago. i'm assuming that he's even better today

HEAVYWEIGHT:

BEKIM RIZVANI: good arms…………. Freaky side leg…………… striated glutes……….. wide back………front quads need to come up a little……..

CHUCK BIGGIO: conditioning is way off……………… big quads……and huge biceps…..

JOE THOMAS: Fresh off back surgery He’s added a lot of size…………… thickened his legs …… shredded abs………JOE can be a tad harder still.

WES SIMON: good coloring………… glutes are striated but holding a little water……….. needs to add more size to fill out his frame still. Good biceps

RYAN WORKMAN: good delts……. Great side leg……….. striated glutes……..thick muscled.

SCOTT STEVENSON: conditioning is real good…………. Striated glutes…… very polished looking…….. good arms……..

CEDRIC MOORE: small waist…………… feathered quads……… good conditioning but needs to be drier. Would like to see his upper body come up in size.

CHARLES HORN: good delts…………. Small waist; ripped abs…………. shredded hams….. glutes can be tighter…………. Good biceps.

ANTONIO MITCHELL: shredded………………. Great structure……… striated glutes…………….. freaky hams and glutes………. Tiny waist………………..if he adds more size he’ll be really dangerous! Should be in that top group
