Well it is official...I am a girl now!
My total testosterone is 85! Rita's were higher than mine! Holy Shit! My LH and FSH are pretty much non existent. They just want to start me on HRT now get me feeling better and explore PCT down the road a bit. I will comment in red below. Have a few out of range values but nothing alarming at all.

such as diet or supplementation. Therapy is based on measurement of Total
25OHD, with level <20 ng/ml indicative of Vitamin D deficiency, while
levels between 20ng/ml - 30 ng/ml suggest insufficiency. Optimal Levels
are > 30 ng/ml. Method used for testing is LC/MS/MS.

Hey look on the bright side - you're an older guy right? Some people crash after their first cycle and never recover their HPTA - I'd be grateful your body held up for so many years.
And there's always HRT to get ur levels back up

How many years have you cycled for?
Also, have you run orals or PH recently? 96 isn't too stellar for ALT...

Since 1993. Yes I was doing PH until 2.5 weeks prior to test. Actually testing a product for needto but I have been running OTC boosters for months now. I have not done orals AAS to much in the past but for me those levels are pretty low. I have seen my ALT at 168 and my AST at 120! Just ordered liver support just a few minutes ago.

I'm jealous. I'd be ecstatic if I could make it to the age of 30 w/o the HPTA crashing permanently.
Was the PH for needto or some diff compound? Most prohormones are FAR more suppressive than people realize, I've seen guys end up in the single digits for T even after a halodrol cycle. And that's supposably the mildest one. I'd imagine you wouldn't see much recovery w/ 2.5 weeks on an otc t booster. The low LH levels are making it hard too I'm sure.
Some might disagree, but I'd think that 2.5 weeks out of a cycle is too early to conclude that you're hpta is shot for good, especially if it were a highly suppressive PH you were taking...
