Growing into a show...
Is this bullshit?
How can one grow into a show on a calorie deficit? Can it be done?
If so, how? I'd imagine you would have to be pretty lean to begin with...

i thought it was bullshit but im actually growing into mine.
im doing a 6 month prep. i cut down to about 169 pounds.
im now in the last 5 weeks of prep and my weight is 174 and im leaner than i was at 169
im doing a 9 week cycle though so i bet this is the reason why
plus its my 1st cycle
also im retaining a little water im sure

I'm around 9-10% body fat now. Show is 10 weeks out. 193 in morning. Carbs 150 (low on none training days), prots 300, and fats from meat and fish oil. Likely switch to carb cycle 8 weeks out I'd love to bring up my legs a tad but I just don't see it happening. Just started Test P last week (11 weeks out), will add in mast and tren 6 weeks out. Pounding legs twice a week. Any chance for growth or am I just exhausting them too much? Coming off leg injury awhile ago so im thinking the might react nicely to the volume, anabolics, and food....but still on cal deficit.
Opinions?

I think it's possible if you don't start out needing to drop a whole bunch of fat, do a long diet, and are properly chemically enhanced.
