*first post* 8 weeks out npc western mich.
Been a long time surfer of the board but never really an active member. figured id finally start it off with some pre contest pics. standing right now at 169lbs 5ft7in, looking to cut down to 154 for the light weight division at the western michigan on oct 30th. pretty much been watching my diet for 10 months cutting alotta fat and staying lean. havent started my pre contest regimen till july.
best i can get.
best i can do for legs as of now.

thanks guys.
yea its gonna be a struggle i know to get down to light weights but i feel thatll be my most competitive class. i feel im not big/symmetrical enough for the middle weights. to bad there's not a welter weight class. but i still got some baby fat on the ass to lose so who knows yet.

I am 205... but am torn between doing lthvy or mddleweight. I can fluctuate.... I will post pics later on after I take some....
