thanks for all the comments guys. sure does keep me motivated. just woke up today at 168.0 so mybe ill be down 167lbs tomorrow morning. been consistently dropping 1-2lbs a week. trying hard to get down to light weights. cheat meal tomorrow then well see how i do for next week.

i always suggest not worrying about what class...just get yourself in the best shape as possible and let the chips fall were they are...tryn to make mw may make you to drawn out looking...

167 as of last week. heres what my back looked like first thing in the morning.
5 more weeks in counting. standing lean and mean at 167lbs.

After a lot of thought and some honest advice, I have decided to take some time off and focus on more overall size. You look great in these recent photos bro.
