Big Sexy's show is saturday!!
I just learned his show is Saturday so I wanted to start a thread for him and wish him the best this week and for his show. Good luck Big Sexy! Kick ass with prep this week, you are almost there. Almost done with cardio and eatting fish or whatever you are dieting on!
Dream about your meal saturday night and not doing zilch on Sunday. LOL Cant wait to see pics of you doing your dance or whatever is you do on stage! LOL

Thanks. Getting everything dialed in about now... doing what I need to do. Working with Pete Ciccone who works with Hany Rambod - so, I'm getting some great knowledge all around.
No dance this year I don't believe - although, it should be a pretty good routine!

I hear ya, I always go to a show competing against myself. I never think about who else will be there, it is all a personal journey to set goals and improve.
