man should I really tell you all, you will think im nuts. Oh well, it was 7 pancakes with real maple, 4 blueberry bagels with jelly, one large salad bowl with froot loops, two large salad bowls with frosted flakes. And I was still hungry and not full really, but I had done 300 mid week prior and still dropped 2 lbs I only needed one pound this week so I doubled it. Ill work till I get my new low then refuel again, then back to high protein, low carb, low fat.

here is my response to a friend who asked how I know when its time to refeed while Im running my ketogenic low cal diet. Here was my response and thought id share with you all.
here are the two things Ive been using
1) No real response to training, what I mean is I cant get a pump or I cant hold a pump and I feel like total dog shit OR
2) My evening weight is at a new low, I watch both as mine are consistent when dieting. If I'm at a new evening low or wake up to a new morning low AND I've met my goal for the week then I refeed and start over. For me as I've gotten leaner its been every 4th day I need one, at night I take it in place of my last meal.
I use to do all day refeeds, I prefer now either a cheat meal that is low fat or just refeeding within say 2-3 hrs again low fat but high glycemic foods. I think you can still get some fat burning in then on those days whereas an all day thing you don't.www.scoobyprep.com

Thanks Flynn but Im sure you are doing just fine my friend.
Update: Dropped to a new low this morning, 160 on the dot, that on top of that 600 carb Tues night refeed, so i was on the money to take that then. I have today and all day tomorrow to burn up some more fat then Ill refeed Friday night again. And start the process all over again
Today I backed off cardio, only did 30 mins real ligth walk around neighborhood and put all fats back into the diet so Im at 70 grams fats today, fill back out a bit on some fats and have a strong training session today.www.scoobyprep.com

You read that right, I monitor my nightly weight too, since Im keto, it doesnt differ much, so when its down to a new low, WAY to early in the week I know its time to refeed, it was down by almost 2 lbs that night. This meal works to rev up the metabolism I woke up sweating many times, and I woke to dropping off .2 lbs. Today I nit my new low for the week so I pulled back on cardio and put 70 grams of fat back in to the diet. Will coast unitl Friday night when Ill do it again.
And yes those guys are bad to the bone and been doing nationals for YEARS, Im a new comer and you know how you can be overlooked, Im tyring to be the best conditioned guy in that class so they have to at least deal with me.
