yes thats me, but I play on the computer to make my eyes tired and if I have to sip 2 scoops Xtend as the BCAA takes the edge off the hunger but I try not to even do that. On my carb nights though I sleep through without disturbance so I know its probably a serotonin issue with me. Once I get carbs back Ill sleep like a baby again...

Yes thats a HUGE mistake, honestly, physically speaking I couldnt make it doing that, after 4-7 days Im cashed, no training response, ill, wiped, so you know my metabolism is in the dumps too, not only do those carbs keep you with some fuel in the tank but they keep you burning fat. Mistake on two levels....
Did you carb load of fat load for your show?

Just from research and some personal experience i feel that a carb load once or twice a week is neccesary to hit new lows and stimulate the thyroid.

4 weeks out
I didnt drop weight this week but I did tighten up a tad more in my opinion, was sitting 160 the morning these were taken. Ive debated to go off the keto, but I really dont think Im losing muscle, Im getting harder, why change? at least for this week Im gonna stay with keto, but keep the protein up like last week, and not run any PV days....

Staying rational is sometimes the hardest thing to do.
Man, I had a crazy busy day yesterday. So once Bob got off stage and I chatted with him we left for Cincy. Had to get my training and cardio in and had plans to do my refeed meal out with the parents. This prep has all about consumed me, add in my daily attorney duties for my company and prepping others with Natty, I have been a bad son, sorry to say. So I told my parents Id hit up dinner with them. Good day, just a busy day. Sorry we didnt get to chat.
Did you have a few guys in the show? How did they do?

a lot of my people tend to favor the spring shows for some reason. screw dieting through Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day, St. Pats etc.

Just a quick update. Carbs are back in now.
Running the following low days and high day:
Low: 245P/110starches/28F (all trace fats to shock body)
Highs: every 3rd or 4th day 225/400/22F (all trace fats)
Put HIIT in the mix and backed way off the amount of time im doing cardio. So its about 30-45 mins daily tops some days less. HIIT is usually pwo not on back day or leg day or the day after legs.
Thats about it right now, sitting 158.6. Could make weight now I believe, will probably only take this to 157 and then remove cardio.
Oh, all carb sources are now low glycemic and clean, its time...
