Oh, I plan to win the over 50. The wheels aren't pegs, just not symmetrical to the upper body. And yes, I'm doing this to flip the proverbial finger to those close to me for saying the injury had me washed up for good.
And answering the question about the repair, the tendons were surgically reattached the day after the accident. I've been training legs at half strength for 6 weeks.
