cardio in am, no food only eca pill, no food for 1hr after cardio, great for fat loss! make sure you are on gear too though.

I typically train in the morning. After a long day, which typically ends around 10pm or later, I feel much more fatigued than in the morning.
I have recently began taking bcaa's in the morning with my workout and I've made even more gains.
I've heard that the body is more likely to breakdown muscle for aminos, then convert them to glucose often faster than using fat depending on the intensity of the exercisde. So I think the bcaa's help to limit that loss.
