Sometimes I will go months at a time eating the same EXACT meal 4 times a day. It doesn't bother me one bit. Chicken, broccoli and oil, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat.......

White Meat: Chicken Breast / Haddock(fresh off the docks yum)
Eggs
Red Meat:bison(when on sale) / Lean Steak / 93%groudn beef
Carbs: Brown Rice / Oatmeal / Swt Potatoes / Ezk Bread
Fats: All Natural PB / Oils / almonds
and then the green stuff of course, but they dont count they are just green, lol.
asparagus / broccoli / spinach
