injection question
What are the safest place to inject between shoulder, glute or quads?
Is there any major nervse in ur quads as the major nerve in you glutes to be aware of?
Last question what do it mean when you Aspirate and the plunger just go back to the natrual position of where u started at ? do that mean u aspirated corretly

There are nerves in your quads for sure.
Glute is easy and if you inject in the proper place you will not hit any nerves.
If you aspirate and no blood shoots into the syringe your good to go.

If that happens its good.
When you pull the plunger back you should create a vaccume and when you lev go itll snap back into place.
The other possible option is blood shoots into the syringe and you gotta pull it out and start over.
Only happened to me once with more injections that I can count.
