I was suppose to but I canceled due to issues I felt we was not ready but it really hurt her so like any woman would act if a guy cancel the wedding 3 months before. She was very upset. But u had valid points on why we was not ready. I just felt like it's better to cancel now then end up divorce right after.

Day 2 and diet and cardio feeling good.
Shoot for first show of the year sonetime in April 2011.
I will be uploading videos of workouts.
Yesterday leg workout was crazy... Felt good taking all my negative feeling and taking it all out on the weights.

Bro I was following you back when you started your prep for the first show. You've got a lot of heart man and I'm very happy to see your staying positive during this tough transition.
You've made a massive transformation in your life already and will take this one in your stride. No one can force you to go through with a decision you don't want to make, especially when those decisions have massive consequences (marriage). Good luck man

Day 3 going well. I feel good cardio done. Just got to deadlift tonight.

going for 615lbs deadlift today maybe more my dead lift is going up 10 pounds every week.

Workout was great 325lbs incline bench 6 reps felt good. My goal is 405 for atleast 6 reps. Dumbell incline 130lbs 6 reps. Goal is 200lbs 6 reps.
Doing cardio as I type right now. I will try to get some footage up of a chest day very Soon.
