Well I'm back and 24+ weeks out been going thru alot of crazy stuff. Man o man!!!!

You guys know me from my big transformation and competing in my first show. Well forget that Im ready to bring a new me to the stage. I will be recording day by day cardio session and workouts from my iPhone and flip cam to show what I'm going thru. I had a bad offseason. Let's call it a get fat season but I'm ready to Rock and show you guys a better me. Hard work will pay off. So here it is I been homeless for 4 weeks now and I'm looking for a place. That was my excuse for not dieting but I decide not even being homeless right now will stop me. I'm living in my car but I will still get ripped. I'm doing keto diet. Thank god I work in a gym. All food will be pre pre cooked. I'm using shakes for 3 meals and chicken from a deli for the other 3. I have a food scale with me so nuts van be weighed out no no prob.

Looking for a place but till then this will be my life. I will recored it all.

man homeless is rough. i hope you can find a place to stay soon even if its a campground or something any thing would be better than your car. any thoughts about relocating?

Well I work at a gym I'm a trainer. I park at my job. I'm trying to find a place it's hard but not as bad as it seems.I wake up around 6am do cardio and trIm my clients. Shower at work. It's hard but not really sad to say I'm getting use to sleeping in the car. But hoping to have a place in about 2 weeks. I hope

On the bright side, you are saving a lot of money by not having to pay rent and sleeping in your car...

Was loving with my fiancé I cut off the wedding then it all went down hill from there. I had to just go!! Things where to crazy. I thought I souls find a place faster.
