HFCS and fruit are damaging, some of the things I exclude in cheat days.
100% switch by the industry to Corn syrup would be better, since it's mostly glucose, better for cheat days too.
"The overall effect of the 10-week period without dietary fruits and vegetables was a decrease in oxidative damage to DNA, blood proteins, and plasma lipids, concomitantly with marked changes in antioxidative defence."

They are applying to have the named changed to something sounding more healthy. since HFCS has a bad image.
Along with this:
Bullets will be renamed to love buttons
Poison to Kool-aid
Cigarettes to pix stix
radioactive waste to purified fairy dust
That way these negative names will be better sounding and more friendly

Structure:
HFCS - 55% fructose/45% glucose
Sucrose (table sugar) 50% fructose/ 50% glucose
As bodybuilders we all prefer glucose because of its ability to restore muscle glycogen better than fructose, but c'mon, whats the big deal here? 10%? I think its just sugar, and there have been studies to prove it. VERY slightly worse for bb purposes, but its 10% people...
This is the governments new "devil". They like to have one every few years to blame america's obesity on.
You know why america's obese? In the mid 70's we took in appoximately 2100 cals a day on average, now we take in nearly 2700. Since 3500 cals equals a pound of fat - well you do the math.
