Just egg whites and cinnamon? That doesn't seem like it would taste good. That's a crap load of cinnamon she used too. How many extra calories are in that cinnamon?
I stole this recipe from you yesterday and I'm hooked on these lol! Although I adjusted the amounts to:
1/2 cup oats
4 egg whites
1 scoop (Chocolate Scivation Whey)
1 packet stevia
dash of cinnamon
blueberries (optional)
Walden Farms Sugar and Calorie free syrup
These things are amazing. I put my almond butter on them with the walden farms syrup. So delicious!!

cinnamon is a spice....no extra cals
did you mean just egg whites and cinnamon in addition to the oats, sweetner, protein powder, and sf syrup? it's basically the same as your's except for those yummy blueberries

if diet allows try throwing in some canned pumpkin or sweet potato sooo good
my recipe is
1 scoop vanilla protein
3 egg whites
2 packets sweetener
bunch cinnamon
1/2 c canned pumpkin (9 carbs, 5 from fiber or sweet potato 4 oz is about 25 carbs)
i just mix it really well with a whisk, too much sticks to the blender! and that brand of cinnamon is the bomb!
that's it! of course oats can be added for carbs
I make them as pancakes but I have a waffle iron ordered

You know I'd love to be able to EAT breakfast, but a shake and some Ezekiel toast takes about 1 minute and I can never stomach food in the morning anyways.
Cinnamon is a blood sugar stabilizer as well!

I make protein pancakes all the time, im never dieting for a contest....tho so my recipe is a bit more generous....
1-1.5 scoops of whey (strawberry, or chocolate are awsome, vanilla is dope too)
6-8 egg whites, 1 whole egg (if you want)....
1/2 cup oats (can add 1 cup if needed for cals)
1-2 HEAPING tablespoons of fat-free cottage cheese (adds nice texture and moisture)
cinnamon to flavour ( i use that costco one too, its dope)
copious ammounts of walden farms maple syrup, and or walden farms apple or stawberry jam (all sugarfree)

where do you get that syrup from? Is Walden's a store brand? Im in NJ, so I don't think such a chain exists around here
