I think the Yankees are gonna lose in the first round unless Pettite comes back strong.

Rangers are moving Cliff Lee`s start up to Saturday so he will be on schedule to start the first playoff game.

So who plays who in the playoffs. Will the Yankees get the Twins or Rangers? I know where they finish dictates who they play but not sure what the scenario is.

The Rangers it looks like are going to have the worst record so they would play the team with the best record which will be NY or Tampa and whichever one of those gets the wildcard will play Minn.( I think )

The yankees played the rangers pretty close but of course that was without hamilton. The twins find ways to win somehow. I think they can lose to either team. They have to score a ton of runs cause their pitching minus CC is terrible. Not like in years past. Burnett pitches batting practice and I believe Hughes has pitched too many innings.

I think any of these teams can win it.Whichever teams bats get hot at the right time.

Would you guys rather play Minnesota or a team from the AL east?
Minnesota is only playing teams in the division now I think - its very likely that they could end up with the best record in the AL

I think teams would wanna play the yankees cause their pitching sucks right now. Tomorrow will be a big day for Pettite...
