I noticed as well how good it looked compared to his super white before pics (I'm equally pasty), but it seemed to fade to a greenish color and blotch off his chest by the time the night show rolled around
still a GREAT showing for his first show...and what a TOUGH show it was

Great to meet you at the show, your support means a lot. Thank you brother.
Jason was happy with how my legs came in and my conditioning, it was just a matter of being outsized. The judges also had a lot of great comments about my condition, and how i placed well in the novice because of it, even being outweighed by 30lbs to some of my competitors.
Yup, that is why Jason said the dream tan method will work better, but hey this was my first show .. "You Live and You Learn" i peaked well, probably could of had more food to fill out a bit more. After I had Cheesecake Factory Saturday night I woke up Sunday 100x harder, more vascular, and looked ridiculous. I gained 0lbs after carbloading on over 1,500 carbs in two days and sitting on my butt all day.
100% Agree, time to add size, with that said DC Training, some LISS cardio, and picking up the fork with a higher fat/moderate carb diet. Lets see what it brings.

We will see, taking off from the gym all week and coming in Fresh on Monday. A very light deload to keep myself fresh for the offseason and growth.
Zuchinni App: I took a few off my mom's appetizer
Hibachi Steak:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Cheesecake:
Not to mention the Pancakes in the morning (300g of carbs worth) and a Burger and Fry at lunch. I was up a good 10lbs of water. I hold very bad.

The posing tips Jason has given me has really helped in popping them out. He told me they were a lagging bodypart, so I am going to focus on really hitting them hard this offseason.
The eating has never been a problem, I never had a food craving all contest prep, and I really do not care for the food. It will ALWAYS be there, getting on stage is not always there.
