2 Days Out
Have been working with Jason Theobald on a 23 week prep for my first show this weekend for the Ohio Great Lakes/Grand Prix show.
Weight was 145.5 this morning before carb loading.
Coming from a 240lb Background i have made some pretty crazy strides over the last few years, but for a first show I have no idea what to expect, or who will show up on stage. I am just happy I know i gave it 100% everyday and busted my ass to take my physique to a new level.
And my previous pics at 240% an 30% BF:

Guys I didnt bring him down from 230, no way...lol. He came from a 230 lbs background...as in the past thats where HIS journey strarted, wanted to clear that up.
He was a chubby 180 something when we started....Bob has worked hard and is about to hit the stage for the first time really ripped up. He has had a lot of obstacles for a young man, so Im happy for him. My wife and I are actually getting up at the butt crack of dawn tomorrow to travel to see bob compete 2 hrs away. See ya then Bob.

Congrats on your amazing achievements Bob. Seems you have come a long way and hope it really pays off. Like you said...regardless of placing, you have brought yourself to a whole new level and in the end that is what really counts! Great work together guys!
