Thing is the bcaa's do matter especially when dieting. See you can use CO (especially with HP) as a meal and skip all those calories while getting all the benefits. Take it before you work out and the CO during and you see results on almost no calories. Thats the benefit and with no glucose spike its just that much better.
Nobody is saying there is only one way or its the only way to accomplish things just that there may be a better way or aleast a better way to accomplish a certain task (I.e. dieting) I don't think anyone on a bulk is really worried about it with all the food they are eating, bcaa will most like not be a problem.

You are comparing fasted subjects. How many individuals do you know train in a 100% fasted state? Not many at all.
To get optimal protein synthesis, and thus better results, you should consume at least 2 or 3 of those servings a day. Not just one serving (or a double serving i guess) during your workout, only on the days you work out. I also have the 390gram bottle. Trust me, it lasts only one week.

And as far who trains in a fasted state? Pretty much everyone who is dieting, my friend.

Man, if only Arnold, Franco, Lou, Sergio, and all the other golden-age greats had access to modern BCAA supplements...just imagine how much their physiques could have improved!

Quoted for bullshit. Today's pharmaceutical advances, yea...supplements, no. You've been brainwashed by a multi-billion dollar advertising industry.

Perhaps you dont realize that many pharmaceutical companies produce supplements as well. If you see benefits when your using something, and those same benefits are no longer there when you don't use it, its hardly brainwashing. Where does your skepticism originate?

now this has gone in a totally different direction. lol w.e

i just know one thing, going from 4 scoops of watermelon xtend everyday to 4 scoops of CO i noticed a HUGE difference, recovery and actual size gains throughout a few months....if u don't believe it then take xtend be my guest but when it comes down to it...CO is a far superior bcaa supplement, hands down

I always train in a fasted state (I don't really eat until I get to the gym after I wake up, my current schedule allows for that) and I'm doing a CKD so the glucose response quoted in that study is a bit bothersome seeing as how I tend to sip on xtend throughout the day.

size on destroys some ppl's stomachs tho...myself and my buddies hated that stuff because of the constant burping and bathroom problems while/during after the workout

Funny, though, how the label recommends drinking it throughout the day. Anyways, live and learn...

PRODUCT PIMPING!!! - Beverly Mass Amino Tabs>>all these products

And lol at arguing over BCAAs. That's almost as stupid as getting into a heated debate over Cell Tech vs Cell Tech hardcore.

And lol @ people taking the word of the "experts" so seriously. This is the supplement industry, where do you think these reports are coming from exactly, Harvard Medical School?
