Agreed.. if he comes in @ 280 which is where he is on track to be and RIPPED then nobody will touch him. Olympia always has been and will be about the biggest and hardest person on stage. If they wanted pretty physiques Ray, Labrada, etc would be winning.

You have to take off about 5-7 lbs cause of the clothing. He shouldn't have to worry about carbing up too much considering he's 5'8-9ish. I couldn't imagine him looking flat with that amount of muscle on his frame. I'd rather see him at 270 dry and hard. The conditioning he had when he won his '09 Arnold...just with about 15lbs of extra muscle compared to '09.

He is carrying 10lbs of clothing and probably another 8-10lbs in water so once you factor all that out he is gonna be 260-262 on stage where as phil will be in the 245 range so he really isnt sacrficing that much size and he will be in better condition then kai along with a much better structure.

He's got shoes on and probably 2-3 layers of clothes...c'mon now...minus 10-12 lbs just for that...plus water...255-260 lbs on stage...

Pleasing physique. Kai has a better overall structure. Phil's structure is his downfall and always will be he can't do anything about it and his arms getting bigger makes him appear more narrow in a FLS
