Default Jay will make it for 4

Looking at the Prejudging, I think Jay will get his 4th Sandow trophy. The guy is on, complete with shredded glutes.

Agreed. I have Phil in second and he pushed him, but Jay is the winner.

I don't think Jay deserves a fourth. He didn't match what he brought last year and others around him improved upon where they were last time around. Jay didnt have the same pop or crispness to his physique this time around.

I'd like to see Phil win it, but I think they'll give it to Jay again.

Just like I thought when Kai weighed in at 284 he wasn't as sharp as he had to be. Don't understand why they're playing the size-game at this stage of his career.

Phil is more complete than Jay, based on my view of the prejudge pix. However, remember the Olympias where Jay was ahead of Ronnie in the prejudge but still lost to him in the finals. It's anyone's guess.

Doesn't matter what he brought last year. He's not competing against himself. He's competing against the other competitors. I see Jay in second and Phil in first. Phil has the best conditioning, fullest muscle bellies and DID bring up his width. Not by a hell of a lot but he is definitely wider than before. And will definitely give Jay more of a run for his money because of it. I'm disappointed at what I saw of Branch's conditioning so far though.

Yup, you're only as good as your last show! Branch and Jay just keep bringing it though! Even though jay isn't quite as sharp as last year. He's still not "off". With his size I still think he edges Phil.
