I will agree Erik was way too small for the lineup....

That said the SHAPE to his legs is utterly insane. If he were to add 20-30lbs he would be in the top 5.......doubt it is going to happen, though, since he probably is currently doing about all he can to add that size....or maybe he just loses too much muscle dieting down...who knows....

He had a bad showing this time around. I think if he has the right guidance, and bring up his upper body, he will be a legit contender. He looked like he had no clue what he was doing as far as prep is concerned. He needs to give one of the gurus a call. He looked like a natural competitor on a stage with those guys.

I don't think that a lack of gear is his problem. He already is growing a nice jaw from the GH. It's just a matter of these other guys having more outside help and more knowledge on how to go about stuff. This guy seems like a good dude and I hope he ultimately does well. I hope Buttman doesn't fire him now because he will not do well at this show.
