True that, but when it came down to crunch time....with all the training, cardio and restricted diet, well, let's just say, there just wasn't enough gas in the tank at that point

yeah those last two weeks are rough... I dont have the energy for it then...but up till that point... all systems go!!!!!!!!!

Sassy's dead on. If you're not getting enough sleep or recovery then I'm sure your sex drive may go down, but I think that's characteristic whether you're dieting or not....

I just know for me I'm usually a pretty overly sexual woman but the first 6 weeks or so of a diet...it goes throught the damn roof hahaha.

I haven't had a decrease in sex drive either prep. I still have 7.5 weeks this round, but all's well in the luvin' dept so far! Prob that last week-10 days when you feel like you have to use a shovel to pick yourself up off of the couch I'll have a differnt comment, but right now, it's all good!

lmao, yes this is exactly what we want to do after 1000 calories, an hour long workout and 2 hours of cardio....thanks for the suggestion

I am also guessing that if you are natural you will be more hard pressed to be super horny during your prep. Cheddar I definitely feel for you, have you ever tried viagra or cialis? Not sure if this will help but it is something you could try without messing with your hormones...depending on how my prep goes this year I just may...I am hoping to avoid those issues but from past experience it seems inevitable.

Anything beyond that, though, you've got to bring in a girlfriend or some other toy for him to play with.
