    Default 3 weeks until Nationals *few teaser pix*

    I guess i consider this my home board as much as any on the internet soooo......fuck it i can take a beatin on criticism lol

    Partially the reason i am posting teasers is i am not completely shredded yet lol.....but am happy with how i am looking. Far better than in years past and definitely the leanest i have ever been (but plan to get leaner). Sitting @ 226-228ish pretty happy at this point (8lbs heavier than iv ever been 3wks out)....now the goal is to not mind fuck myself into screwing this up as in years past and doing something like dropping 15lbs in the 2 days before the show lol........

    From last year.......i'v never been shredded, but plan to be this year (am torturing the fuck outta myself lol)......

    always been a fan of your physique and how you dont let the ''normal ways of dieting'' influence you in your prep.

    Looks about spot on man, ill be the guy who asks what training frequency and cardio amount is

    possibly a sample day or outline of diet?

    How exactly are you killing yourself to get shredded that you havent done in prior preps?

    Try this pose bexcause your fdb is AMAZING (no homo) Im sure you will look great in this pose also



    and can also keep the right arm "right looking at the photo almost like a fdb but a little higer

    you look GREAT!

    but to mix it up a the national level as a heavy your going to need bigger wheels and deeper separation in your quads.. also I would like to see lines in your legs all the way up to your hip bones!

    I'd rather not read a review of you where they say you look wet. Get glutes and hamstrings hard and dont worry about anything else honestly. Everyone there has hard upper bodies but when they turn around its usually shallow backs OR hamstrings or glutes with bodyfat still there.

    You come in hard and you have a shot. Take the offseason to put on more mass!

    keep suffering! (I mean this in a good way) you're looking real good. good luck and my little bit of advice would be, to which you alluded earlier, dont second guess anything and dont do anything crazy these next few weeks. that front double is awsome

    Oh boy. We don't want to go there, as some newbie might try to copy what i do (not suggested). Frequency is as frequent as i feel i can handle (probably each bodypart once every 4-5 days tops) and diet is based on how i look/feel by the hour.

    I guess you wouldn't say killing myself, because the hunger and suffering on cardio makes me feel like im progressing = euphoric feeling....im a wrestler by nature (all my life) aka sick in the head lol.....

    Yesterday i trained twice, shoulders THEN chest 4pm. Chest was a stabilization workout like bosu ball pushups, body bar on bosu ball, body bars crossed, all squeezing. My chest gets injured easily from a past injury, so i throw these in now and again. Then back at 2am lol....told you i am a little wacko with how and when i train.....

    As far as bigger legs and conditioning....TRUE. My legs actually look better in full body shots because my waist is sorta small.

    Conditioning - yes,i saw that last year. A MUST. Refuse to step on stage without shredded glutes. Branch got me motivated lol.....stepped cardio up a few notches last few days and am leaving it there until i am either transparent or run out of time.....

    Gotta practice more and keep the elbows lower....lats come out more when i do..... 2yrs ago (same show as my pix with kai in my profile)
